The Pixie House

The Pixie House is a small detached property with the main living/kitchen space, balcony and bedroom/ensuite toilet on the first floor. The shower room, second toilet, Snug and utility room are on the ground floor. There is a courtyard garden and secure garage space for bikes, surf boards etc. Cheriton Fitzpaine is a small village in Mid Devon, 11 miles from Exeter, and is surrrounded by lovely countryside.
