Enjoy the landscaping and views from our cozy daylight basement! A separate entrance and lovely patio looks out over our small creek. The patio is equipped with charcoal grill and a small firepit. The outdoor table and chairs are perfect for a summer bbq....or lounge in the hot tub in the winter or summer. The kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms are great for relaxing and enjoying thee quiet. The space We are available upstairs but the entire downstairs is a separate unit. Full kitchen with apartment sized refrigerator and stove. Washer and dryer, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker and a crock pot are there with all the utensils. The bathroom is a walk-in shower. Guest access Guest access is a separate entrance and the space is an entire floor. Other things to note Because we are a working nursery business and have a creek bordering the property we cannot accommodate children under the age of 18. We also have indoor/outdoor cats that have been in the space but are not allowed when we have guests.
