Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior. The space An area springs map is in the cabin. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive to Luraville, about 8 miles to the dive shop. Conditions vary with river height, so it is advised to check in with your host, or the dive shop a week or two before your stay. Beautiful path through the woods from the cabin to the river! Guest access Two acres of beautiful woods, picnic area and river deck with stairs to the river and kayaks on a rack on the bank. “Cowboy cooker” (raise and lower grill) beside cabin, gas grill in screened porch Other things to note We are on a well, and the water table is effected by river levels. At times, the water shows tea colored tannins, and has a sulfur smell. Bringing drinking water is advisable. Please note that at times the tannins may stick to the sides of the tub making it look dirty after use. Since the most recent hurricane, the jets on the tub are not operational.
