Cosy Cottage perfect for Norfolk Coast holidays.

Charming Fisherman's cottage with private garden in the delightful coastal village of Weybourne. Great Location for those wanting to explore the area including the coastal walks and bird watching at Cley Marshes. Weybourne has a traditional corner shop selling cakes, coffees, newpapers, cakes and other holiday essentials. Wayside Cottage is well equipped for a comfortable stay and perfect for a long weekend or full week's stay. The space Wayside dates back well into the 19th Century and was originally one of a small terrace of Fisherman's cottages. The houses were extended in the 1880's to add additional downstairs and upstairs rooms. The once communal orchard have been divided up to form private gardens to the rear. The cottage has an en-suite shower to the master bedroom, a separate toilet on the landing and a downstairs bathroom with bath and toilet. There is a large lounge with wood burner leading to a separate kitchen diner and then sun-room. Guest access Guests have the run of the house... there are a couple of cupboards used for the owners storage but the cottage has been setup as a holiday home. Other things to note There is on street parking outside the cottage, this can get busy in holiday season but there is sufficient parking in the village. We recommend parking up and using the excellent local bus service or better still the Poppy line Steam train that runs from Sheringham to Holt that stops in the outskirts of Weybourne. We have an excellent pub 'The Ships Inn' that provides quality meals, beers/ales and wines etc.
