Our apartment building is located in the well-known Schmittenstraße in Zell am See and has several apartments. You live on the 1st floor. Here you have a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. In the living room there is also a kitchen and from there you also have access to the balcony. In the basement there is a ping pong table for shared use. The space 50 m² including a large south-east balcony, consisting of a living room with a flat-screen TV and sleeping accommodation or also usable as a sofa, room safe, 1 bedroom (double bed and a separate one), fully equipped kitchenette with 2 hotplates, all cooking utensils, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and egg cooker. The apartment also features a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Other things to note The price includes the Zell am See - Kaprun summer card in the period from 05/15 to 10/15. For this card, we need your name, address and date of birth. We are also happy to do this upon arrival. You can visit / use (almost) all attractions in our area for free. The visitor's tax is to be paid in advance per person per day. That's €2.05 per person per day. We can provide a baby cot (with bed linen and towels) and high chair for a fee of EUR 15.00.
