Enjoy the view of Keeler's Bay and relax on a huge porch with dining and seating. Walk down to the water and enjoy kayaking, fishing, and wildlife. As well as a huge yard that is great for games and exploring. You CAN NOT swim from our shore. The weeds in our bay vary year to year season to season. The space Our 2 acre property on the gorgeous Lake Champlain comes second to none. Our Brand New Lake House has a fully equipped Kitchen, counter island, and dining area for meals to be made and enjoyed. Smart TV in the Living Room is ready for movie nights w/ dvd player and dvd collection. WiFi!! AC and Heating for the hot/cold days and screens on windows for the gorgeous days. Three Bedrooms and two full baths to accommodate you. The Primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom is spacious and plush with a great view of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bunk room includes a bunk bed and a twin trundle that can sleep (4) people. Both are close to the second full bathroom which is a tub/shower. Guest access On a private quiet road you will have the whole cottage with plenty of parking. Waterfront and large yard area to enjoy. Perfect to let the kids run loose and explore or pick wild blackberries on the hill in the summer. We have (1) two-person kayak, (3) one-person kayaks, and fishing poles available to use. We provide chairs, beach towels, and cooler to use by the lake, beach, or winery summer concerts. There is also a game closet filled with puzzles, games, and activities. Other things to note This property is a little piece of Heaven. This property has been in my family since the 1800s. I enjoyed every summer here growing up and it is truly unique. The sunrises are phenomenal to enjoy a cup of coffee and soak in the beauty of Lake Champlain. Our Property is nonsmoking on the inside. You are permitted to smoke outdoors and on the patio. Please be respectful with your ashes and embers on our patio furniture and patio deck.
