2 km from Sauveterre, facing the Pyrenees, is "Bortu-Begi," an old Béarnaise farm. In 1924 the dovecote and henhouse were restored to become: the Cloister On the border of Béarn, Landes and the Basque Country you can choose between ocean and mountain or simply go to the Salies thermal baths (7 km) We live there in an adjoining part and can advise you throughout your stay on the tourist attractions of the region. Guest access You have private access to the terrace in front of the Cloître as well as a garden behind. Another part of the garden with children's games is available to all. The pool is a shared common area that is accessible when it is uncovered. Other things to note Options to be paid on-site if chosen: - Cleaning at the end of the stay: €75 - Rental of sheets and towels: €12 for single bed; €24 for double bed for 2 people; €20 for 1 person. - In winter, payment of electricity based on meter reading. - For longer stays, change of gas bottle if necessary. - Additional discounts to be requested in the messages for stays of 2 weeks as well as for stays of 3 weeks, some guests coming for thermal treatments in Salies de Bearn.
