The space The terrace on the ground floor is the highlight of the property is furnished with a wisteria pergola, wrought iron table finished with glass tiles with chairs, barbecue corner lounge chairs. Enjoy a wide view of the harbor bay. Inside the Villa on the ground floor there is 1 full bedroom, 1 full bathroom, mini fridge and satellite TV. The second level is accessible by an internal marble staircase where here we find a second terrace of about 30 square meters with coffee table and wicker chairs from which to enjoy the sunsets on the island of Palmarola. From this terrace you can access a spiral staircase to the solarium where you can enjoy a wide view of the bay at 270°. Guest access The Villa is about 100 meters from the driveway along a small street on foot or with a motorbike.
