Small cosy gallery apartment in Chiemgau

We rent a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded. The space At a small folding table you can have breakfast, in the living room there is a flat-screen TV, books to browse and in addition a sofa with sleeping function (to this, coffee table and carpet must be moved/changed, but there is extra space for chilling in front of the TV or as a sleeping place) The entrance area also serves as a small balcony, where you can also sit outside and look into the garden. Other things to note The apartment is: "Not suitable for children" listed. Not because we don't want children there, but because of the steep wooden stairs to the gallery... Of course, if you have an older child, that's not a problem. There is also the sofa bed. A baby is also welcome! Please just ask in advance and we'll see if it works... Even if you want to check in earlier, or want to leave later, no problem... Just ask!
