The spacious kitchen has a seating area with double doors leading out onto the patio and decking. The bathroom is located downstairs with a large L-shaped bath and shower over. The property has a front and back garden, overlooking the valley (great for sunsets) with ideal rear access via a lane- perfect for keen mountain bikers. There is a shed at the bottom of the garden which can be used to store bikes, prams, etc. Guest access Cwmcarn is less than half hour's drive from the Prince of Wales bridge and just 10 mins from J28 of the M4. The property is within walking distance of local pubs, village shop, cafe and fish and chip shop. On street parking is available. The rear lane takes you straight on to the Cwmcarn Forest which has a lake, park, cafe, scenic drive (open to cars from 21st June - a must see!) and the red graded 'Cafall' and legendary 'Twrch' trail. Walking routes ranging from under a mile to 9 miles can take you to the top of Twmbarlwm with 360 degree views for miles.
