Charming house, 900 yd from the sea

Welcome to Mignonette, a lovely Anglo-Norman house located in the quiet village of Mesnil Val. Enjoy a relaxing break, sea bathing in the Summer, fantastic walks and seafood in the Winter. The space Charming but unpretentious little house, renovated with traditional materials. Meant for families and conviviality, the house is disconnected (no WiFi, no TV, no phone). For practical reasons, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels. The open space (27 sqm) includes the kitchen, dining room and lounge around the wood stove. 2 bedrooms (3 double beds) and a mezzanine with a double mattress. High chair and crib available. Garden of 6 ares and south-facing terrace with a barbecue. Board games, novels and numerous comics. We have completely renovated Mignonette using sustainable materials and preserving its "traditional" character: even if this gives it a slightly old-fashioned look, we have chosen to keep the original floors and "old-fashioned" plasters for the walls and ceilings. Guest access The entire house is yours. The cleaning fee is 40 € (to be paid on site on top of Airbnb price).
