Villa Luna e le pietra is a large stone farmhouse located on a hill near the city (2 km), adjacent to the archaeological walls of Castelsecco. The proximity to Florence, Siena, Perugia and Cortona will allow you to go on excursions The space The villa is located in a privileged position. Immersed in a centuries-old park and completely fenced. Guests enjoy an oasis of total relaxation. Consumptions are however excluded from the rates, read all the instructions carefully, including the house rules. They can visit the video on You tube: Villa Luna e le pietre Tuscany Arezzo The villa is divided into 3 apartments, 1 for tourists and 1 for the owner who lives there, 1 for the caretaker. Each of the apartments has an independent entrance. The apartments for tourists are composed as follows: - apartment of approximately 100 m2 consisting of kitchen, living room, equipped with stove, electric oven and microwave, 3 double bedrooms, one with private bathroom complete with toilet and shower, a sofa bed in the living room, where it is located also a bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with double beds; a room, located on the first floor, has 2 queen-size beds. The apartment has a large private external courtyard with gazebo, table, chairs, beach umbrella , gazebo (the cover trere is from 1 aprile to 31 october)garden lounge and a swing. However, guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool (toghether the owner) and the surrounding area. In the completely fenced park there are games for children, a gym, barbecue and many trees (olive trees, pine cypresses). There are also cats and dogs, very good. A baby cot is placed, upon request, in a bedroom. Pets are allowed at an additional cost of €40.00 for each animal The water comes from the well and is softened via an iron remover/softener (although it always has a slightly iron taste). The swimming pool is normally open from 15 June to 15 September, except for special requests and with additional payment (10 euros for day) in which case it can also be open in other periods. Electricity and heating consumption are not included and are paid in advance upon arrival (205euros per day in summer for air conditioned, , electricity, gas and water, 30 in winter, for heating) stay tax is 3 € for day and it is paid by those over 12 years of age All extra charges must be paid in advance at check-in The Internet connection is maximum 30Mega, being in the hills, so often works slowly tourists can also book a professional chef at home and relaxing or decontracting massages performed by professionals Other things to note For any need they can count on my presence and collaboration.
