The Crib sleeps 2 (double bed) & is a comfortable open plan space to relax and enjoy your trip to St Ives. We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by. The space The Crib sleeps 2, with a fabulous memory foam sprung double bed for a super comfortable and dreamy sleep, en suite, vaulted roof, sky light and stained glass window, conservatory with comfortable seating and dining area, large new smart TV, off road parking, independent WiFi hub, TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, heated towel rail, radiator, first aid kit, clothes airer, outdoor clothes line, outdoor tap, iron & ironing board, hanging space, hair dryer, tea, coffee, milk and sugar on arrival We have recently added a separate kitchen sink area/luggage store room next to the Crib. You will have a pretty private courtyard at your disposal, which is well stocked with palm trees and flowers. This is a real sun trap where you can sit and enjoy the Cornish sunshine and comes with an outside tap to rinse Sandy toes. We ask that you do not smoke in the property or patio area, thank you. The Stable door can be open half/half so you can use this as a window. We provide a key safe to enable you to gain access to the property independently and at your convenience. Guest access You will have your own access via the pretty private patio. The Key safe allows you to access the keys to the Crib independently. We will provide the access code to this prior to your arrival. You can park on or across our drive at the back of the house, which is off road (on a private access lane to Garages). Please do not park in front of any garage doors as this prevents our neighbours from gaining access to them. Check in is from 2pm. Please depart no later than 10am. Other things to note Please note, if ordering a taxi from the Crib, let the taxi driver know that the Crib is at the very back of 39 Park an Creet and is accessed from Garth an Creet, via the access road to the garages, as they may not be familiar with the property location. As the house numbers on our road do not run in order, it might be helpful to take note and print off the directions we have provided. We are easy to find if you follow our directions. The parking space is suitable for a small to medium car. If you have a larger car, you can park across the driveway.
