"I Tre Laghi Countryhouse, Citta Sant'Angelo - Sant'Andrea" is located in front of three lakes and offers magnificent views of the lake, the countryside and the mountain of the Majella. It can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people winter months. Summer months - beds - 10 people. Sunbeds (for children up to 3 years old) available upon request. See photos. Cottage with breathtaking mountain and lake views. This newly-built cottage with a pool, focusing on every detail, making this home unique. The wooden ceilings, the perimeter LED lights in each room create warmth and the true cozy feeling of a home. A driveway leads to the house with a living room entrance, a sofa bed with an electric welded net, and a mattress. Large porch with table and ten chairs, barbecue area and planter with aromatic herbs and laundry area with sink and washing machine. Kitchen with table and 4 chairs, electric stove with 4 burners, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all appliances. From the living area, access to a large mezzanine with double bed and single bed. Hallway. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom (2 single beds or double bed) that has a private bathroom with shower. Master bedroom also has a loft area with a single bed. Second bedroom with 2 single beds for use as a double bed. Second bathroom with bathtub with shower. The house can accommodate 10 people. The price may vary depending on the number of occupants. 4 people comfortably (bedrooms) 2 people (sofa bed), 1 person (mezzanine in the main bed) 3 people (mezzanine in living room). Crumbs available upon request. Air conditioning (hot/cold). Wifi. Heating/air conditioning to be paid for consumption. A security deposit of Euro 150 to be paid on the day of arrival that will be refunded on the day of departure, no damages. For the period from December 30 to January 3, security deposit of Euro 300 and no more than 8 people. The pool is shared with other guests in a garden area of about 250 square meters,  fenced with hedges.  The pool area is well divided in such a way as to create privacy. Each guest has chairs/deck chairs in the green pool area. Pool 8m x 4m, gazebo 6m x 4m. Guest access The house has a garden of about 3000 square meters and a private area with porch and BBQ exclusively for the cottage. Other things to note The house is very well-kept in every detail, all new and even if the environment is not large, the spaces are well divided.
