Far from stress, in a century-old stone house, a warm and comfortable home, equipped with modern technology and a fantastic view of the southern Dolomites. The house is tastefully furnished for two to four adults and one child up to 14 years old. The house has three levels – 25 square m. It offers a variety of ways to experience the holidays; be active, experience and visit cultural sites, sporting opportunities, enjoy untouched nature, collect your thoughts or relax. The rustic living-dining room is on the ground floor. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. On the same level there is a fully equipped, integrated open kitchen in the living area. Separate bathroom with bathtub/shower, jacuzzi. On the same level there is a winter garden with a dining area. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with three windows with a wonderful view of Mount Serva. The room is tastefully furnished with a large double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with drawers and a safe. There is also a TV in the room. Television channels are available in different languages. On the second floor a room set up as a living room/bedroom. Two single beds can be put together to form one large bed. An additional bed for a child can be added. The window has a view of Mount Serva. A cozy TV corner with satellite receiver , radio, cd-player. Television channels are available in different languages. Guest access The house is solitary and completely fenced. You can reach the front door by car. In front of the house there is a beautiful dining area with a canopy and external light. Garden furniture and a parasol are available here. On the upper terrace there is a large barbecue and a beautiful covered stone table. You can choose garden herbs for your cooking when the fruits are ripe, grapes, nuts, pears, plums, just choose and enjoy their wonderful full flavor! The house offers visitors the opportunity to experience different types of holidays for those who love to be active, for those who prefer to enjoy uncontaminated nature, for those who prefer to relax, collect their thoughts and rest. Other things to note The house is in the medieval part of the village. The people are very friendly and always willing to talk to you and take you up invite a glass of Prosecco. Many sports options: hiking, surfing, kite/windsurfing, skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain bike trails, golf, paragliding... The surroundings impress with a wonderful view of the Dolomites, directly onto Monte Dolada and Monte Serva. There is a corner shop in the village (100 m). Various supermarkets can be found within 3 km. Lake Santa Croce is 5 km from the house and is ideal for swimming, surfing and sailing. The Nevegal group is a hiking and skiing area and is a 15-minute drive from the house. There you will find four blue ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and an illuminated ski slope. Within a radius of 3 km there are many typical restaurants and restaurants and all shopping opportunities as well as a market in Ponte nelle Alpi and Belluno. The Prosecco area is 25 km from the house. From here you can take day trips to Venice and the Palladian villas on the Brenta River.
