Charming cosy rural French Cottage with pool.

This charming holiday home for up to 7 guests, ideal for a group of friends or relatives, handsomely situated in the Gers countryside, mountainous views of the Pyrenées only an hours drive to visit. In Summer for walking, fishing, or spectate a very famous french cyclist race. Lakes for nautical activities. In the Autumn observe bird migration, visit a lake dedicated to ornithology. In Winter with an early start, a day skiing. Local village markets, or visit an aeronautic museum or Cathedral. The space Set in private grounds with free off road parking, also used for petanque, a private pool, small garden and terrace for alfresco dining. Outdoor seating area. The sitting room with flat screen television and plenty of seating, offers delightful views over the countryside. One step down into: the well equipped open kitchen/dining room with access to the east side private courtyard, has all that one needs to prepare meals. Two steps up to the downstairs bedroom. Each bedroom has it's own shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. The family bedroom has a bathroom, ideal for small children. Essential baby equipment is provided. Electric radiators throughout. Fans in each bedroom. Guest access Guests have use of the entire building, garden, terrace, courtyard and outdoor little living area with comfortable garden furniture, which is often in the shade. The private plunge pool is for guest use only. Guests will need a vehicle to get out and about. Parking is free in the region. The quiet country lanes are ideal for small walks or bike rides. Other things to note I do not accept extra guests camping in the garden. Whilst Camper Vans are acceptable on the car park, a nightly charge for plugging in to electricity is 10 euros per 24 hours and by arrangement with me. That applies to electric cars too. Please note there are electric filling stations in most neighboring towns. Dogs are welcome but not in the bedrooms or on the sofa or chairs. The dogs must use the field not the garden for their waste.
