The space Our luxurious 6 bedroom, 5 bathrooms mansion on a 2 acres lifestyle block in a rural private bush setting & stunning sweeping views is the perfect property to host the bridal party & family for pre wedding photos, or that special occasion.   The grand entryway has a sweeping staircase with a  chandelier & draws you into a voluminous layout made for entertaining! It has a gorgeous granite crushed marble bench top gourmet chef kitchen with both gas & induction hobs, 2 large ovens, this is accompanied by an elegant dining area, with a 3 sided glass gas fireplace. Off the dining area is a magnificent home theatre with a 2.2metre screen & a 3/4 granite top pool table.   In the large Master bedroom you will find a spa bath off the walk-in wardrobe.    This is truely a beautiful tranquil home, from the time you arrive you will be able to sit back & relax as if you were in a spa resort hotel.    We are a 20 min easy drive from Auckland airport a 5 min drive to the Drury motorway on ramp, 3 min drive to the local village, gym facilities, Murphy’s bar & restaurant, beauty salon & Award winning Butchery. We are also approximately 5 mins drive away from Winsford Garden Wedding Venue & 7 mins drive from Tabula Rasa Wedding functions centre. So ideal to create beautiful memories for the bridal parties accomodation & have those special pre wedding photos & post wedding presents opening. Please note for any missing item you will be charged, for example towels will cost $40 each, pillows $25 each, Bed Linen $60 Parties or gatherings are not permitted at The Kainga Aroha. If a party is held, you can be fined a minimum of $1000 along with any damages to the property and extra cleaning costs. If HSM Security is called on site, they have the permission to evict the guest staying in house. This decision and action are supported by The Kainga Aroha Management team. The call out fee for HSM Security is $95 per guard and will be charged to the guest causing the disruption. Prices listed above are plus GST.
