Woodside Oak Hot tub & Pool (sleeps 4/6)

The master bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed that can be split into 2 single beds. The smaller room has a large double which can be made into two single beds. A sofa bed that sleeps 2 is available in the lounge upon request. The kitchen & dining area come fully equipped. Essential items to get you started are provided (tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll). The hot tub is available on request and cannot be guaranteed for last minute bookings (2days notice required) The space During your stay you will have access to the beautiful garden with a heated swimming pool (seasonal) and hot tub (extra fee applies) which overlook the Kenwith Valley Nature reserve.. The hot tub is available all year - if you book last minute we cannot guarantee use as we may have to fill and heat the hot tub. No children under 12 due to chemicals and temperature of hot tub. The sandy beach of Westward Ho! is located just 8 minutes away by car and Instow beach also an 8 minute drive. This first floor flat is located on a private road with plenty of parking. Just a short distance from the local amenities of Bideford. The apartments form part of our family home and therefore perfect for a quiet stay in beautiful surroundings Guest access Guests will have access to the whole of the first floor apartment and there will be shared access to the garden, pool and hot tub. The hot tub is on a booking basis maximum one hour at a time (recommended time is 15 mins) to allow both apartments fair use. There is an additional fee of £70 for filling and heating the hot tub. This will be requested once you confirm you wish to use it during your stay. The property is accessed via stairs making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. Other things to note The pool is open between April - September. Any bookings made outside of this period will not have access to the pool. The hot tub is suitable for children over 12 years only and limited to one hour per session. Last session at 9pm and closes at 10pm. £70 fee for hot tub. Please note for a last minute bookings we cannot guarantee use of hot tub on day one as the hot tub is emptied if we have no guests and therefore needs to be filled and heated.
