CM8 Beds & Private Pool

The CM6B is separated at the end of a return road with total privacy.The house consists of a main building with kitchen and living room.On the upper floor there is a master bed with a private bathroom and a balcony.The standard in the house is consistently high.Next to the Cape Mae Phim Residence we have the ocean and the wonderful beaches. Short walk leads you to Mae Phim’s popular restaurants. CMB has 6 beds and access to even more! You can easily add booking. Other things to note The tenant has pay deposit of 2000 baht to us upon arrival. The tenant must pay for damage they cause on inventory or furniture of the house. The tenant must to pay if loosing of things belonging to the owner. Smoking in the house is not allowed. The tenant must to keep clean in the house. The garbage room of the residence is in the left side the gate of residence ( You can ask the guard ) Gated community have parking policy. First 3 cars are free, next cars 200 THB/car and night.
