Panorama House with Sauna, Fireplace + Pool, 110 m²

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, on the edge of the Palatinate Forest with views over the Rhine Valley and the German Wine Route wine-growing region. Enjoy the open fireplace, the sauna, cool off in the outdoor pool, or have an adventure feeling at the fireplace on the large terrace. As a hiker, by bike or car traveling in forest, meadow and vineyard. Discover nature, Palatinate and international cuisine, wine bars, cafes and of course various wine festivals... The space The house has been extensively renovated. We tried to preserve the flair, especially the living and dining room with the open fireplace and the classic furniture contribute to this. We now have a new sofa with a sleeping function and a dining table with 6 chairs that can be extended to accommodate 8 people. The outdoor pool is still not renovated, the floor is not level, and the pool roof is not attractive – not perfect but usable. The pool roof helps keep the heat in, and in winter it serves as a plunge pool after the sauna. It is about 7 meters long and 1.1 meters deep. The "old" built-in kitchen will also have to hold out for a little while longer. Electrical appliances are in good condition. On the terrace there is a large swivel grill, a sitting area with a table, and 2 two-seater lounge chairs that can be unfolded into cozy loungers. Guest access At the end of the private road, the actual property begins. There is plenty of space to park downstairs (let me know in advance if you have a very large vehicle). After the first staircase you come to the garden, after another staircase to the actual house. The terrace and pool are also at the top. Other things to note Dogs can be specified at the time of booking, see also house rules. Additional guests and visitors must be registered. Costs may be charged for this. Smoking is allowed outdoors. The small bedroom is available for 3 guests or upon request. Herbs on the terrace may be taken for cooking (sage, chives, rosemary, lemon balm, oregano, thyme, mint...). Filter coffee for the beginning is available as well as some sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
