Industrial Loft in Historic Barn– FRIZ 6

Discover FRIZ, a charming holiday accommodation in a converted, 200-year-old barn on the outskirts of Freiburg, in the heart of the town center of Gundelfingen. This lovingly restored barn houses 7 individually designed apartments of various sizes. Here, traditional rural elements meet modernity and timeless design classics. FRIZ is not just a place to stay, but a special experience for special people. The space Discover our Urban Loft on the 1st floor – the FRIZ 6! Modern and open-plan, it's not just a place to live but also perfect for working. Families, couples, and small business meetings will find this the ideal retreat. 2 Adults + max. 1 Child + 1 Baby. Enjoy the small south-facing balcony and make the most of our garden at your leisure. The apartment features a bedroom with a door, equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and handcrafted mattresses made from natural materials by a Black Forest manufacturer. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and a hairdryer. In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed, lounge chairs, a large dining table with chairs for 6-8 people, a Smart TV with apps (Netflix etc.), and a fully equipped kitchenette. This includes a fridge with freezer, a 2-burner induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a French press, and a Bialetti espresso machine. For the little ones, there's a toy box and books. And of course, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. For our youngest guests, we're happy to provide a baby cot, a high chair. Included amenities: Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, organic coffee pods, organic tea, sugar, vinegar & oil, washing-up essentials, Wi-Fi, Netflix, final cleaning. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge (subject to availability). All our apartments are non-smoking (please also no e-cigarettes). Pets are not allowed. Guest access In the FRIZ Lounge, you’ll find our diverse collection of art and design objects, which are also available for purchase. The Lounge can additionally be booked for small events, meetings, workshops, or seminars – just get in touch with us. Our garden is available to all guests. Here the children can play while the parents enjoy a nice glass of wine from the region. Not infrequently new acquaintances arise with the other guests, because one is among like-minded people. For those who stay longer there is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Other things to note We want you to feel right at home in our apartments! That's why we place great emphasis on coziness, functionality, and upscale amenities with that special touch. In our apartments, you'll only find originals – be it art, design objects, toys, or even the soap in the bathroom.
