This cape cod is a vibe Close to everything beautiful Kenosha has to offer. Drive in and bar a block away 3 blocks to disc golf 1 mile to lake Michigan and sandy beaches. 2 miles to downtown, where you'll find numerous watering holes, restaurants, beaches, museums and shops. 6 miles to the Metra train station with a number of stops on the route to Chicago 40 min to Milwaukee 50 min to Chicago TRAVEL NURSES, central to all Kenosha area hospitals. Special rates may apply for long term stays The space If You are looking for a long-term stay, 2 months or longer, and you have a five star rating, i will definitely work out a price with you. Please inquire before booking for rate Your room has been completely remodeled as of 2023. New everything from paint to flooring, furniture, bedding and light fixtures. Bathroom has also been gutted and remodeled, walk in shower and heated floors. Please note that this is for one bedroom and not the entire house. I live on premises and there are two other rooms that are rented out. Each guest will have refrigerator and cabinet space in the kitchen. Please do not store food in your room. Guest access Use of kitchen, living room, outdoor deck and main floor bathroom only. Basement use is for laundry only. Upper bathroom is not for guests Please note, I do live in the house with a small dog. This is one of three rooms listed. Check out my other listings I During your stay I live in the home with a small furry guy named Patrick. (my dog) If I'm home I'll say hi or be available via air bnb messenger or text but i give guests privacy and space. Summer days/nights i tend to cookout and have fires, you are more than welcome to join. Other things to note I do provide toiletries for daily guests but longer term will need to bring their own please. (toilet paper for all) Please no cooking of fish in the house.
