When location matters, choose this Hahei holiday house! This is a great place for relaxation and fun times in the sun, and there is plenty to do - especially being so close to Cathedral Cove! Entering through the ranch slider you step into the lounge that is comfortably set up with a potbellied fireplace for the winter months, and all the essentials including stereo, DVD player, and a 46" flatscreen TV with Freeview that can take your Sky card (MySky or blue Sky card only). A larger sliding door leads out on to the rear deck, with large table and sun umbrella and a second large table with bench seats, that has great native bush views. The accommodation features three bedrooms, with two of the bedrooms featuring Queen beds (one is located upstairs and the other is downstairs). The third bedroom, off the lounge and with ranch slider leading to the large deck and back yard, has bunks and a king single bed with a trundler bed underneath. The open plan dining area located next to the kitchen is also linked to the deck by bifold doors. The brand new kitchen has modern whiteware and appliances including oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and new microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, if you want your espressos in the morning please bring your own capsules. Off this central area there is a separate toilet and brand new bathroom with double vanity and large shower, and the laundry which again has a new washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is a sunny mezzanine floor where the kids can play or watch TV. The upstairs TV also has Freeview and the ability to load your own sky card (My Sky or blue Sky card only). This area has a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps another two. Situated on a large flat section that looks over native bush the large wrap around deck (part covered) is ideal for relaxing with heaps of room to sit back and relax while having a BBQ and letting the kids kick the ball or shoot hoops! Enjoy the proximity to the beach and tennis courts. After the short walk from the beach there is a modern outdoor shower to wash the sand off.
