Wickham Manor - William Penn Wing
Description
Our beautiful William Penn Wing comes with a lounge and two large rooms. The dining area does not have a kitchen but does include a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery and seating. Upstairs you will find the William Penn Suite, a very large room with a sofa area and king sized four poster bed with en suite. Named after the founder of Pennsylvania who once lived here, It’s located in our 16th century country house, which is a 20 minute walk from the Beach. The space Wickham Manor is a stunning 16th Century house which some may recognise from the film Mr Holmes and The Crown Season 3 (Episode 10). The house is surrounded by 720 acres of National Trust farmland and a 30 acre family run vineyard. Tastings can also be organised throughout your stay and the wines can be purchased on site. Guest access You will have a private entrance, parking and garden area with panoramic sea views of the Sussex coastline, which will be separate from any other guests. The views from the garden over the sea and countryside are breathtaking! Other things to note Although we don't offer meals, we can recommend lots of lovely local places to eat! Vineyard talks and tastings are available on request. A welcome pack including, 1 pint of full fat milk , tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, small boxes of cereals, tea towel, tray, bin bag, bottled water, bottle opener, wine glasses and washing up liquid will be added to your diner.
