COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 15 people comfortably. - It offers TV. - The dining space is part of the living room, and seats 8 people. - It is also equipped with a TV. - There are two lawns of 500 sq. m and 300 sq. m - One of the lawns offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people. - The lawns offer an organic kitchen garden in the front and litchi-mango orchard in the backyard. - There is a library on the ground floor. - There is a terrace with a comfortable seating arrangement of up to 12 people. - The terrace offers a beautiful view of the forest. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a refrigerator and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Elaborate cooking is permitted. FOOD - A complimentary breakfast is offered. - All other meals are available at an additional cost. - Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Lotus Restaurant and Buransh Restaurant. STAFF ACCOMMODATION - We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. Guests can also indulge in exploring the organic kitchen and brief stroll in the orchards in the lawn. Swimming Pool Library Activity Room Spa Laundry Restaurant Open Lawn While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests are advised not to step out after 9 PM, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - The property is in a relatively secluded location, and some parts of the road are not smooth. - There is a CCTV camera installed outside. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. POLICIES - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
