Copper Creek Cottage in the country close to city

Welcome to Copper Creek Cottage. We are located in the country but minutes away from downtown Paducah, and the mall area. We are 2.5 miles from I-24. Our cottage sleeps 4. (Queen bed & full pull-out sofa). The cottage is great for a couple's weekend, girls' trip or any occasion. The nightly price will be reduced for longer stays. The space The cottage is 1bd/1bt with an open concept. The cottage features a covered front porch overlooking the pond, back patio with umbrella, table and chairs surrounded by woods. We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the kitchen, living room with a pull-out-sofa, tv, cable, and wi-fi. Relax on our custom queen bed made from 60 yr. old barn wood. There is also a huge walk-in closet. The cottage is professionally cleaned after each guest. Guests have access to the entire cottage and back patio area, except the garage. No one lives in the cottage it is just for our friends and guests. Check in is after 3pm and check out is 11 a.m. Check in is with a keyless entry, you will receive a code 1 day before your scheduled arrival. The keyless entry is simple just type in the code. The door will lock automatically when you shut it. No parties, events or smoking in the cottage. You may smoke outside but please put your butts in the receptacle. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, back patio and front porch. There is no access to the garage or the parking space in front or beside the garage. Other things to note You may fish in the pond. The fish are mostly bluegill, and it's catch and release.
