You must visit the Butterfly Center in any season. Nearby is a pool that is part of Roosevelt State Park for your use in summer. Roosevelt State Park has 23 miles of hiking trails on the ridge. There is a hike to some waterfalls and big granite outcrops are on the trail throughout the park. See where Roosevelt picnicked at Dowells Knob a dramatic overlook of Pine Mt. Valley. At Warm Springs you can visit Roosevelt's cottage and the Warm Springs Institute. There is a bike sales and rental store in town if you would like to rent bikes just for the town, bike trail, or for the gardens: Chipley Cyclery, in downtown Pine Mt. Walk to downtown!
