The space 3500 ft elevation means it's always 10-20 degrees cooler than lower elevations nearby such as Clayton and Atlanta - come cool off and enjoy our beautiful views and friendly community. Close to Highlands, Franklin without the traffic and crowds. Located in Rabun County, Georgia the "Farm to table capital" of Georgia Guest access Community pool, tennis, fitness and hot tub (subject to seasonal and opening hours) pickleball, walking trails, community waterfall and walking trails Other things to note parking for 3 cars in the driveway, more up top along roadside - overflow parking on our nearby property available with prior notice THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GOLF COURSE DEVELOPMENT SURROUNDED BY NATIONAL FOREST. THEREFORE, you may see, hear or encounter any or all of the following during your stay so please be advised ---- Bears, bobcats, coyotes, snakes, chipmunks, mice (we have regular pest control and we inspect the property regularly as we live nearby) crickets/spiders, birds, owls etc. If you bring pets (having paid the required pet fee), please keep a close eye on them particularly after dark.
