Located in quiet residential area of Penzance but centrally located for access to surrounding attractions. Walking distance to the town . Private parking on drive for 3 cars. The Hot Tub is available at an additional charge Other things to note This is probably one of the nicest AirBnB places in West Cornwall so prepare to kick back and have a great time . Additional Rules Please leave the Penthouse as you found it. We understand that breakages happen, but please let us know if there have been any, so we can replace glasses for the next guests. The hot tub was new in September 2022 and is a top-of-the-range model costing five figures. There is an extra charge (£100) to use it, contributing towards the maintenance team's prohibitive heating costs. If you want to use the hot tub, we will provide you with the code. It lifts from the front and hinges up. If the water has been changed and cleaned upon your arrival (due to guests checking out that morning), it may not yet have reached the optimal temperature. Keep the lid on, and it will heat up—there is a screen displaying the temperature. The maximum temperature is 35 degrees. Important hot tub guidelines: - Turn the water jets and lights off after use. - Replace the lid securely to maintain temperature. - No dogs or suncream in the hot tub. - Do not turn the hot tub off at any time. Please do not put any linen in the washing machine. Our cleaning team manages all linen. Bedrooms: - If there are just two guests who are a couple, we assume only the master bedroom will be used. If two beds are used, we charge £75 to cover the cost of additional linen. - If you plan to use all bedrooms, please inform us beforehand. Dogs: - Dogs are welcome but limited to two. Please enter dogs at the outset of booking so Airbnb’s £50 charge is automatically applied. - Bring dog beds and ensure dogs do not go on furniture. - Remove all dog business from the garden before checkout. Failure to do so will result in a £150 charge. - Allowing dogs on beds or furniture incurs a £150 dry cleaning and steaming charge. BBQ: - Do not move the BBQ to the top deck, as neighbours complain about the smell. Smoking: - No smoking inside the house. - Please do not leave cigarette butts outside. A £50 charge applies if cigarette butts are left behind. Electric Cars: - Inform us if you bring an electric car, so we can direct you to the nearest charging point. - If you wish to use our electricity overnight, discuss this with us in advance so we can notify our insurers and arrange supply. Please also inform us of your battery size. Rubbish: - In Cornwall, the green wheelie bin will only be collected if rubbish is bagged. Bags are supplied under the sink, and recycling bags are located on the side of the house. - If we need to bag your rubbish, we will charge £150. Shoes: - Shoes off inside, please.
