Our modern upstairs apartment was completed january 2018. located 1.1 km from the beach and restaurants and bars and live music. It can accommodate more than 4 persons. Its only 1 bedroom have 72x75 bed with matress and 60x75 sofa bed with aircon.. If 2 person price 1300 per nite If more than 2 person have extra charge 300 per person per nite if big group and more than 4 pax we can accommodate by using sofa bed and with only electric fan and charge 200 per person per nite.. Then you can cook with no extra charge all kitchen facilities are supply with salt and pepper.. The space Our apartment is very spacious offering an open plan kitchen living area, all windows are screened with tinted window glass. 32 " flatscreen tv with signal satellite tv . Full size cooker and all cooking utensils are supplied, kettle, rice cooker , water dispenser with 1st 25litres of drinking water free and refrigerator, Our bedroom is large and has a kingsize bed and wardrobe with full length mirror , Queen sized sofa bed can be supplied upon request. Ideal for short and long stay holidays. Feel the breeze blowing in the apartment or in your private balcony. you can see Apo island and glimpses of the sea approaching Dumaguete. Monkey Business, Dagsa, Silvia and Coral Cay Resort are aproximately 1km away. Guest access You have your own private staircase to the apartment that leads to your balcony.
