Free laundry, immaculate property, quiet & safe neighborhood. 30 day minimum required. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Unit is non-smoking but smoking is allowed in pool area. Parking for 2 cars only, no trailers or buses allowed by HOA. Guest access Pool Free Laundry Parking - 2 cars only Other things to note We use a coded lock system. You will receive the code via text within 30 minutes of your check-in time. This unit is non-smoking and has a high powered central air quality purifier and filters odors and air contaminates very well. Previous neighbors smoked, however HOA has recently banned smoking in all units and building is smoke-free! The HOA does not permit any other type of vehicle other than cars to be parked in the complex. The space for this unit can park 2 cars one behind the other.
