Elegant Villa with Pool nestled in Chianti

In the heart of Chianti, Agriturismo Bio Fattoria il Bacìo stands among the unmistakable rolling hills of Tuscany. The farmhouse consists of a large 19th-century manor house and farmhouses, skilfully converted into elegant private apartments, and finally a villa with a private swimming pool just 2 km away from the main building. The farmhouse is located within a 140-hectare organic farm where mainly vines and olive trees are grown. The space The prestigious period house, surrounded by a large garden with centuries-old trees, stands on top of a hill in a splendid panoramic position from which you can admire groups of cypress trees, vineyards, olive groves, wheat fields, woods and, in the distance, even the splendid towers of San Gimignano. The villa consists of a large entrance hall leading to the first floor. Here you will find a spacious living room with sofas and an 18th-century mirror, a fireplace, a large dining room, a large kitchen with a fireplace, nine bedrooms named after the flowers in the garden and furnished with period furniture, six bathrooms and balconies. The villa does not have central heating, only in the bedrooms. The swimming pool (16m x 6.50m) in a splendid panoramic position is shared with other guests. Guest access Guests have access to our communal panoramic swimming pool with views of the Chianti vineyards, our outdoor gardens, where they can enjoy a glass of our organic wine under the covered gazebo in the main garden, our relaxing pine forest, barbecue area, in our common room inside Villa Maria Luisa equipped with a fireplace and billiard table, in the shared kitchen inside Villa Maria Luisa and the laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board shared with the other apartments in the building.
