Casa Temperan, on the beach facing the sea

Stone house with a lot of charm due to its structure and location. It is just 10 meters from the beach, next to an old salting factory and the Temperan Estate. It has 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and one double on the ground floor. All bedrooms have ocean views, the ground floor one due to its location has reduced visibility of the beach. Private outdoor terrace with ocean views, spacious living room with ocean views and modern, large kitchen with an office. The space Prices for 6/8 people with a minimum of two nights on weekends. For a single night, please ask. An additional person from 8 people would sleep in an extra bed with a supplement of €30 per night, maximum capacity 10 people. We don't have air conditioning. Heating is provided by portable electric radiators. The beach and surroundings make this house special. The beach is only accessible by foot or boat, which makes it almost private. Built in stone, it is between a natural forest and the beach, built to serve an old salt factory. Next door there is a small farm where you can buy fresh vegetables and eggs daily. Guest access Canoes are available to customers, who can use them at their own risk and request their use with prior notice. Depending on availability, fresh products can be purchased from the Temperan Farm located a few meters from the house, eggs, tomatoes, strawberries, peppers, potatoes.... everything depends on the season in which the Farm is visited. Other things to note The nearest supermarket is in Aldan (2 kilometers) or Cangas del Morrazo (5 kilometers). To go to Vigo, by Ferry it is about 20 minutes from Cangas del Morrazo and by car there is a fast track and it usually takes about 45 minutes to Vigo. The ferry to Cíes Islands can be taken from Cangas del Morrazo. The nearest airport is Vigo (50 minutes). Santiago Airport and Porto Airport in Portugal are an hour and a half away. Portugal is an hour away by car, and the Valença do Mino market is very popular and well-known. Registration Details TU986D
