This home is best suited for guests who value privacy and independence over hotel or short term Airbnb style services. Because we do not live onsite, we cannot provide daily housekeeping. Guests are expected to clean their own bathroom and help maintain order and cleanliness in the shared common areas. Our listing is ideal for those who are comfortable managing their own space and maintaining cleanliness without regular host presence or daily cleaning services. Historically, our home has stayed neat and comfortable thanks to guests who clean up well after themselves between our visits. Guests often see deer, rabbits, tree frogs, and other local wildlife, contributing to a quiet, nature-filled atmosphere. As with many rural homes, occasional ants may appear; please let us know if you notice any and we will address it promptly. Because we are not renting out the entire home, we are unable to provide caregiving, supervision, or accommodate non registered visitors. Other things to note Since we don’t live on the property, please help us take good care of our home. we kindly ask that you provide your own toiletries. You are also expected to clean your bathroom weekly. If you're sharing the bathroom, both guests are responsible for maintaining it as clean as we first present it to you. Additionally, please make sure to take out the trash when it's full, and help out with the weekly trash pickup, taking turns with any other guests.
