Natural light fills your room via your large room window, looking out to our garden front. Our main floor setting makes it so ideal for our AirBnB guests. Our 3 downstairs bedrooms are structurally located away from the kitchen, allowing most possible guests' privacy. This floor also has a beautifully and well equipped kitchen , a kitchen nook, a full size shared bath, a front room with reading area, and an ample living room looking out to our English Garden Backyard. Our home sits in a small quiet street making enjoying the tranquility of nature while living here a peaceful experience. There are also very few people in our spacious home, yielding more home space and comfort for our guests. It is very important for us to share our home with guests that like to live in a clean/neat home, and care to maintain its order and cleanliness. You will have access to all common areas, including our beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, kitchen nook, decorative fun/ reading front room, and living room with silent TV if you would use your earphones. You can also seat out in our garden to enjoy our shady backyard. We will arrange for you a fridge shelf for fresh food & a large pantry for you to store all your dry food and cookware. Please access in and out the home from the side, keyless entry door. Since we can't share our front door key with you, please do not use it. Your privacy and feeling at home are important to us. Our neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and safe. Walk or jog to the lake, near by parks and community tennis court ( free )! Enjoy the green, our garden, and the outdoors that busy cities cant offer! Getting around is easy since we are so close to everything fun, schools or businesses. It is 10 mi most to go to other popular adjacent cities. There is a bus stop 5 mins walk from our home. Yet runs infrequently and not on weekends. You practically need a car for your commute. We have 1 car garage parking for us, and 3 guests' driveway parkings for only small cars. Please be mindful about saving space for others. Thus if you bring a big car, please check with us first for the possibility.
