Lots to do in the area in terms of walking, cycling, culture or shopping. Dogs welcome. The space The apartment of 97 sqm is in the basement of our country house. Private entrance. There is a cosy living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The 3th bedrooms is only open at request. The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker. Also a grill plate, mixer, hand blender and egg cooker. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk and coffee filters are provided. Also many books, DVDs, videos, Nintendo Wii and games... 5 minutes walk from Ingendael nature park 5 minutes walk to small playground 6 supermarkets within 3 kilometers Bicycles can be stored covered 1 minute walk from Houthem-St. Gerlach 2 minutes walk to bus stop Ideal base for Maastricht, MECC, TEFAF, ANDRÉ RIEU. Cleaning We disinfect all contact points and take time for good cleaning. Also a lounge area to enjoy the sun in lounge chairs on the terrace. You can also enjoy a nice swing bench. There are 6 steps down to the holiday home. There is a bicycle gutter so that bicycles can enter more easily. Free parking for 4 cars in the driveway next to the house. Other things to note Your holiday can start immediately. The beds are already made, towels are provided. So you don't have to take it separately and your holiday can start right away. The holiday home is located in the basement of our home. There are sufficient windows and light. There are 6 steps down, so not suitable for the disabled. Pets are allowed and we charge an extra EUR 12.50 per pet per stay.
