House of 130 m2 on enclosed land of 375 m2. The house has a capacity of 8 people (4 adults - 4 children or 8 adults). 1 single bed and 1 extra sofa bed (only for children/teens) are at your disposal, for an additional fee (€50/person/night). The space The interior of the house was almost completely redone in 2016 (only the entrance and the laundry room remain to be redone because we suffered water damage in early 2024, as well as renovating the facade and the balcony, which we specify does not present any safety hazard...). We chose a neat seaside-style decoration. The rooms are bright and warm. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the necessary equipment for baby is at your disposal (high chair, baby bed, bath seat). We also provide bed linen and towels (don't bring them ;)) as well as basic necessities (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, paper towels...). Outside, the 375 m2 plot is fully enclosed, a terrace is available at the back of the house as well as a veranda. Other things to note We operate with a lockbox, the code for which we will send you the day before your arrival. We use a concierge service to take care of the cleaning, however, we ask that you leave the accommodation in good condition and kindly remove the sheets and leave them folded on the beds.
