60 m2 accommodation located in Malataverne 30480 Cendras, 7 km from ALES train station. My place is perfect for couples, and solo travelers. Located 5 km from the mechanical pole for lovers of mechanical sports, and Ales for outings. For bikers, their bikes will be safe with us. For nature lovers, very pleasant walks can be taken in our beautiful Galeizon valley. The space The apartment consists of a kitchen with everything you need, a large living room with sofa bed, as well as a 90 cm bed, a TV. A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet, reserved only for guests. A washing machine is available. The bedding is from July 2016. We provide a travel cot for babies. Bed sheets, blankets and bath towels are provided for guests. We know it's hard to part with your dog or cat, however, for hygiene (wet dog full of sand that curls up in beds) and health (allergies) reasons for all guests, we are sorry to be able to accept them. Thank you for understanding. Guest access We are in the village, the only drawback. You have at your disposal two small terraces to drink the aperitif and for lunch. The apartment is well heated in winter and naturally air-conditioned in summer. Free parking in the village square or on private land enclosed safely 100 meters from the house.
