The spacious open-plan living area is a haven of comfort and style. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, spacious oven, gas stove, and extractor hood. A large dining table for six, two comfortable sofas, a desk, a flat-screen smart TV, and air conditioning complete the space—all framed by large windows that offer spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The three bedrooms, decorated with the same sustainable artworks, ensure a cozy and comfortable stay: Master Bedroom: A double bed and a private en-suite bathroom (0.80 sqm) with a shower, sink, toilet, and window. Second Bedroom: Another double bed. Third Bedroom: A walk-through room with a single bed and a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes featuring drawers and hangers, a desk with a chair, and fans. They do not have air conditioning, but the lakefront location provides a refreshing evening breeze, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Completing the apartment is a spacious main bathroom, fully equipped for maximum comfort. This apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking a stay defined by comfort, design, and respect for the environment, all immersed in the natural beauty of the lake and mountains. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the terrace, the balcony, and the adjacent laundry room, ensuring them maximum privacy and comfort during their stay.
