It is located in a beautiful, and quiet part of Torbay, just off the seafront and very close to picturesque Cockington Village, five minutes drive to Paignton, 30 minutes drive to Dartmouth and 30 minutes drive to the magnificent Dartmoor National Park. The property is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Outdoor furniture is supplied on the patio, for those balmy English Riviera evenings, relaxing and unwinding near the sea air. There is also a stunning raised pond on the patio complete with fish. Includes a Freeview TV in the bedroom and lounge, internet access, a hairdryer and Alexa ! The kitchen, has a microwave, kettle, toaster, tableware pots and pans etc. On arrival, we provide complimentary tea, coffee and milk. Here are a few highlights. We sanitise high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Guests have private access to the whole apartment. Other things to note We do not levy a cleaning charge for general cleaning we provide at the end of your stay but please note that a charge may be made should additional cleaning or maintenance costs be incurred through damage or heavy staining for example.
