The entrance leads directly to the fully furnished kitchen, the separated dressing room and the amazing day area with two canal view windows, where you will find a comfy couch and two armchairs facing the canal. Enjoy the views, the reflexes of the nearby palaces on the water, the passages of boats and Gondolas. Open on the day area, the night zone, with the double bed. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and include a spacious walk in shower. The whole apartment is paved with precious, original, Terrazzo floor (Venetian pavement). Other things to note Guests must agree a meeting time at the apartment for the check-in at least one week before their arrival. At the check-in city tax will be collected (please arrive with the exact cash!) and the documents of all the guests will be registered at the police.
