It is the perfect base for discovering part of Aveyron and Tarn. Surrounded by green landscapes, the house is a short drive from the Réquista market (Saturday morning) and all the necessary shops. Here, you'll be nestled in nature, in the heart of the valley, close to many iconic tourist sites in the Aveyron and Tarn regions: Albi, Roquefort, Brousse-le-Château, the Viaur Viaduct, numerous hiking trails, swimming spots in rivers or lakes, local markets... The cottage for 4 people, consists of a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a private garden not overlooked. Villa Théo is a stone house that has retained its old-world charm. Renovated with natural materials such as lime, wood and stone, its character gives it a cocooning atmosphere conducive to relaxation in front of the Tarn. On the ground floor you will have a bathroom, separate toilet and a bedroom with access to the garden that will offer you a nice view of the forest. In the bathroom, there will be a large corner bathtub, storage cabinet, washing machine and stone shelves fitted on the rock as well as a towel rail. The room will be equipped with 2 metal beds of 90 as well as storage shelves. Part of the ground floor is semi troglodyte, so this atypical space will be cooler and humid because the construction is done directly on the rock. Upstairs, you will have a kitchenette with a stove, a large fridge with freezer, a piece of furniture a solid oak that acts as a countertop with plenty of storage, a heater and the Jotul stove...
