The space This is a beutiful newly renovated house, with all new fittings. It is a cosy and comfortable home, perfect for families or friends. Downstairs tehre is an open plan living are and bathroom. There is also a large veranda with table and chairs. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The bedroom at the front of the house has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and original vintage windows. The second bedroom, is at the back of the house and has sea views in the distance. The room has 2 large single beds (107cm) and also features full length sliding glass doors which lead onto a balcony. Guest access You are free to access the whole house Other things to note As is common in most of Europe, please ensure toilet paper and sanitary items are placed in the bins provided (and not flushed down the toilet). Please ensure you do not use all electrical items excessively/ all on at the same time, as this causes the electricity to momentarily cut out. By 'excessively', I mean having everything on at the same time, such as, the hot water, the washing machine, the television, the air conditioning, the iron, the kettle . In the event of the electricity cutting, you can easily switch it back on again by accessing the box located outside the house.
