Vast communal kitchen/dining room, separate living room & 2 modern bathrooms & small back garden The space This beautiful late Georgian/Regency Town House has been renovated to update the beautiful period detail with modern facilities. The 3 levels of the house feature 6 double bedrooms all of very similarly large size, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Period features including beautiful Georgian windows and indoor fireplaces have been incorporated into the modern renovation and give the home great charm and unique style. The house features a small back garden space offering much needed private outdoor space with a westerly aspect which is nice for sunshine in the afternoon. Please note that we are currently rewilding this outside area to encourage local bees as part of a community initiative so the garden has a somewhat 'wild' appearance Bedrooms are all of a very similar good size around 12.5 m2 on average, with period features. All 6 bedrooms can be configured to connect with their adjoining rooms, for families, if required The living room can be subdivided into 2 smaller spaces, one containing the Flatscreen TV and comfortable seating, and the other featuring a fold out sofa bed with a 120cm x 200cm mattress offering a snug bed for 2 or a very comfortable bed for 1. Since this room can be partitioned off its a comfortable option for large groups wanting comfortable, private sleeping spaces. We actually closed two deals after dinner/drinks at nearby restaurants around the kitchen table (ie we weren’t afraid to bring people back to this place and in fact it impressed the people who visited us). The place is very well maintained. This place is surrounded by million dollar homes with families so I wouldn’t use it to party. The bedroom’s are huge as are the common areas to socialize. It had everything we needed. The host was very quick to communicate. Overall the best place we have stayed in Dublin via Airbnb!" Guest access We have allotted dedicated FREE parking for 2 cars within 2 minutes walk. Please ask us for the details. This is an entire property listing and as such the whole space will be yours during your rental period. Other things to note Please ask for parking information :) Note: We have a 'Ring' doorbell with camera covering the front of the building from the door looking outside. This has been installed for your security and safety. Likewise 2 security cameras in the garden at the rear of the property. There is also a 'Minut' noise decibel monitoring device in the communal ground floor area. These are all kept on. Please note this house is not suitable for parties. We ask that guests are respectful of neighbours in our quiet residential neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Note that we do monitor any attempts to break our house rules. Please note: Garden access & facilities will be dependent on seasonal factors as well as group size.
