Authentic - just like in the old days The "Kohlerhus" – our farmhouse, belongs to the Hotel Arlberg-Stuben. The hut is located in the center of Stuben am Arlberg in a quiet, sunny location, accommodating up to 23 people in 9 rooms. For each additional person over 16 people, €23 per night will be charged. The Kohlerhus is a small ski and hiking lodge with 9 rooms in the middle of Stuben am Arlberg. It belongs to the Hotel Arlberg-Stuben. As early as 1940, guests were catered for and pampered here. You can expect original hospitality that has been lived from the heart and is still maintained. The ski and hiking lodge "s´Kohlerhus" is not a self-catering lodge in winter. Meals are served at the Hotel Arlberg Stuben. There is daily housekeeping with linen & towel service in winter. For reservations of the entire hut as a self-catering house in the summer months, no daily room cleaning is included. The rooms in Kohlerhus - rustic - friendly The guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and are equipped with running water (hot & cold) as before. There are a total of 5 showers and 5 toilets on the floors for our 9 rooms. Wi-Fi can be used at Hotel Arlberg. Guest access On the ground floor you will find a soothing sauna (surcharge for sauna use € 70.00 per day) and a heated ski and shoe room with shoe heating - soothing warmth even in the cold season. The central place to chat with each other is the cozy dining room by the warming tiled stove. It is one of the social centers in the hiking & ski hut Koherhus. Here you can have breakfast, enjoy a snack. Here you can meet with family and friends for après ski or to relax - guitar, accordion and various board games included. The sun terrace with sun loungers also invites you to relax in the wind. Other things to note The price is for the entire cabin. Unfortunately, we cannot rent the entire hut during the winter months, as many regular guests have already occupied individual rooms.
