Guest access Guests have full access to this cozy, family-friendly house, including the private garden and large terrace—perfect for unwinding or enjoying time outdoors. You’ll be greeted with the keys upon arrival for a smooth check-in. The peaceful forest pathway is just a short walk away, along with a nearby playground, making it easy to enjoy nature with kids. Private parking is available on the left-hand side of the property, immediately next to the fence, so you can pull up and settle into your retreat. It’s all yours for a relaxing, nature-filled stay! Other things to note Additional Information: The booking fee does not include the mandatory government tourist tax of 500 HUF (approximately €1.25, depending on the exchange rate) per adult per night. This can be paid in cash during check-in. To comply with local regulations, we’re required to register all guests with the tourist authority. Upon arrival, we kindly ask for a photo of your ID or passport, home address, and email address. You can send these to us via message or upload them through a secure link we’ll provide—whichever is easiest for you! To help conserve energy and support environmental efforts during the ongoing energy crisis, we ask guests to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the house or when rooms aren’t in use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Our heavily discounted off-season rates do not include heating and electricity costs. These will be charged separately and can be settled at the end of your stay—or at the end of each month for longer-term bookings. To calculate gas usage for heating, we ask guests to take a quick photo of the gas meter when you arrive and again when you leave. We’ll use these to determine your total usage. Currently, the Hungarian government heavily subsidizes heating costs: up to 144 cubic meters, the rate is 102 HUF (about €0.25) per cubic meter.
