Fully furnished holiday Bungalow with covered outdoor area & BBQ, overlooking a private golf course, set in a peaceful, scenic location, it's a perfect retreat. We have more than 7 beaches in easy walking distance. Also nearby, visit the Pilot Station Café (Thu–Mon in winter), Maritime Museum & Penguin rookery. Enjoy scenic walks, bike trails, fishing, swimming, breathtaking sunrises & sunsets—all just moments away. Whether exploring or unwinding on the nearby beaches, there's plenty to enjoy！ The space The double glazed Bungalow offers 2 bedrooms containing a Queen bed in one room & 2 single beds that convert into a king sized bed (requires minimum 24+ hours notice). Note: price is for 2 persons with an extra charge of $15 p/p per night. For infants a High Chair & fold out full sized cot is available on request for a one off fee of $20 or $10 each. Minimum fee for charging an Electric car is $10 but may increase depending on what is required (please discus with the host) The Bungalow is private and fully self-contained with all amenities at the back of the property and away from the rest of the house & garage. The Kitchenette is small but functional with an Air-fryer in lieu of an oven A clothes Washer is available on request where we will explain how to use if it is required. We ask that the washing times are limited to off-peak times which is 10 AM to 4 PM and 9 PM to 7AM in the winter period and an hour later for all times when we have daylight saving. We ask that where possible the clothes line outside is used to dry your clothes after washing Guest access Access to the Bungalow is to drive through the main gate to the rear of the property on flat ground, you may park close to the building The key may be located in the key-safe or the bungalow maybe unlocked with the key on the bench subject to when you arrive. This will be advised closer to your arrival time You are welcome to complete privacy for your stay or interaction with us if we are about, as you so wish & are welcome to walk through the property any time. The back gate allows you to walk across to East Beach for a leisurely walk where you can swim at any state of the tide. Swimming is safe on all beaches where there is sand Other things to note We are less than 1 minutes walk to the beach in front and we have 7 beaches within 10 minutes walking distance from the bungalow. Pilot Beach (1min), East Beach (5min), Lagoon Beach (10min), Jetty Beach (6min), Paradise Beach (10 min), Cowrie Beach (10min) & Lady Lucy (6min) We all want to stay COVID safe and ask you to help us achieve this.
