Freestanding 6-person house on a farm in Groningen

We rent out our vacation home Diekzicht; it breathes the atmosphere of the 1950s, but everything for a nice vacation is present. Lots of privacy, private garden and terrace facing south, plenty of cycling and hiking opportunities. Located on the bicycle network. Bicycle rental nearby. The house is complete but simply furnished for 6 people. The modern farm is fully operational, with dairy cows and arable farming. The surroundings are very rural and quiet. The nights here are still peaceful and quiet. The space The house is 80 m2 in size. There is a living room, a kitchen - separated by beautiful stained glass window - a playroom or study, a modest shower room with toilet and sink, 3 bedrooms on the floor. Bedrooms have carpeting. In the spacious utility room, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The house is centrally heated. In the largest bedroom there are 3 walk-in closets and a sink with cold water. The kitchen has a spacious refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Furthermore, a kettle, Senseo Switch (pads or filter), oven and ceramic hob. In the living room, there is a cabinet with various games. There is a fiber optic connection for internet and TV and a radio. There are 1 luxury double bed with single mattresses and 4 simple single beds, all of which are provided with good mattresses with washable toppers, flannel fitted sheets, a pillow and a four-season duvet. There are no other bedding and towels provided. - Guests bring their own bottom sheet, comforter cover, pillowcase and bath and kitchen linens (molton covers are changed by the host and washed at 90 degrees). - The rental price includes mandatory final cleaning according to Airbnb guidelines. - Cleaning and disinfecting agents are provided in the house. Guest access The entire house is available to guests. Other things to note We do not rent the house to companies or employee intermediaries. Only guests who will be staying in the house themselves can make reservations. There is a smoking ban for the entire house.
