Carderie Mill

This small mill dates from the 18th century, and its restoration is nearly complete. Free from any professional activity, I want to share this authentic place with other nature lovers. Here you will find the cozy atmosphere of a family home and the serenity typical of the riverbanks. A pebble beach is directly accessible (a few steps!) during the summer months. Shops are 2 km away. In winter, I prefer to be in touch before booking, as the river can be unpredictable. The space - A living room, open plan kitchen with central island, - Two bedrooms: One with a 160 bed overlooking the river, and the second with a 140 bed on the roadside. - A TV/library lounge. - A bathroom with bathtub and double sink. - A covered terrace of 30 m2, courtyard style. Guest access The property is available for your use. You can also enjoy garden furniture by the river if it gets very hot... Other things to note You are just over an hour from the Atlantic beaches and the Pyrenees. Important clarification: The mill is an old building, and is located in the heart of nature. You will be at peace, but you may encounter some guests, such as mosquitoes, spiders, wasps, bees or flies, who will not fail to visit you if you leave doors and windows open. It's a cohabitation that can be disturbing, but is inevitable. Deer may also wander around the grounds at night…
