Home in Larrivière-Saint-Savin

This small mill dates from the 18th century and its restoration is almost complete. Today, free from any professional activity, I want to share this bucolic place with other nature lovers. Here you will find a special atmosphere, the serenity of the riverbanks. A small pebble beach is directly accessible (a few steps!) in the summer months. Shops are 2 km away. In winter, I prefer contact before booking because the river is unpredictable. The space - A living room, open plan kitchen with central island, - Two bedrooms: One with a 160 bed overlooking the river, and the second with a 140 bed on the roadside. - A TV/library lounge. - A bathroom with bathtub and double sink. - A covered terrace of 30 m2, courtyard style. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. You can also enjoy garden furniture by the river if it's very hot... Barbecue possible outside. Other things to note You are just over an hour from the beaches of the Atlantic and the Pyrenees. Important clarification: The mill is an old building, and located in the heart of nature. You will be quiet there, but you may encounter some guests, such as mosquitoes, spiders, wasps, bees or flies, who will not fail to visit you if you leave doors and windows open. It's a cohabitation that can be disturbing, but it's inevitable. Deer can also walk around the grounds at night.
