*Amazing family location* Perfect for families who want a family friendly home or friends who would love a social space. Our home is near beautiful beaches! We live in a historic town which hosts RHS Rosemoor Gardens and the Tarka Trail, one of the countries longest continuous traffic free walking and cycling paths. There are many beautiful walks and day time cafes. Parking for two cars on the drive way and further parking to the front and side of the house. The space The living room is a tranquil space with comfy sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The modern kitchen and dining areas are flooded with sunlight and overlook our beautiful family friendly garden. The kitchen leads onto the utility room where there is a large fridge and separate freezer and a washing machine. Enjoy a coffee from our Nespresso coffee machine at the breakfast bar in the kitchen overlooking the garden. Please help yourself to the coffee pods! Our garden is a sun trap and has a lovely seating area, where you can relax and look at the beautiful blooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite and walk in wardrobe, decorated in soft pinks and greys. The second bedroom is large with a double bed and shutters that open to overlook the front garden. The third bedroom is equally as large with a super king bed. The fourth bedroom hosts a double bed and is beautifully decorated with ferns and coppers, overlooking the back garden. The family bathroom is a generous space, with a free standing bath, perfect for relaxing in after a fun filled day. It also has a large walk in shower. We very much welcome families and toys, books, buckets and spades can be available for the children. We have super speed broadband and Sky TV. We will try our best to facilitate any other requests that may be made to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We know that time away is precious and will we do our absolute best to make your stay as memorable as possible. We offer a fantastic welcome hamper of local produce and we use local products throughout our home. Please let me know if you are celebrating a special occasion as we like to add extra touches. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house but not the garage. Other things to note We provide hand towels and bath towels. If you require a bath sheet, please bring your own and please bring beach towels.
