Del Mar Racetrack is x- the street

2200 sq. ft., 3BR., 2.5 BA home in Solana Beach. I live here by myself and am open to renting a room or the entire home. Modern and comfortable , walking distance to the Del Mar race track (Fair,Kaboo etc.) short drive to beach. The space All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, so if stairs are an issue this is not the space for you. Guest access The entire house and backyard are available to you. Backyard has a BBQ and a Firepit. Other things to note Please be considerate of the neighbors, the driveway is able to hold 6 cars (2x3) and there is space for 2 more in front of the house. Please don't park in front of the neighbors or in the landscaping x-the street.
